Ride the Wave
God of the Universe.
Ok, maybe not GOTU, but still feeling pretty darn good. Yup, that wave of being in sync with our (true) selves, masters of our domain, that floats us through this life on a golden surfboard. That feeling of zen that intoxicates our senses, and brings us to such inner bliss.
Hel-lo and welcome to how your life could be.
Could be. If you’d just let go for a bit and forget what you decided to get your panties in a bunch over. Ground yourself down to a (quick and dirty, yet at the same time so enlightening) meditation session. Release that negativity back into Mother Earth, any way you can. Exercise is a fantastic way to get this done if you’re wound tighter than a Swiss watch. Nothing like a power walk or run (cough, cough, slow jog for some of us) to help disperse the energy that does not serve.
And then, just be.
Release those demons of the moment and let the natural endorphin release of the body help get you to a better place. Appreciate the innate ability of the body to naturally want to help us feel better. Congratulate yourself on a job well done. Forgive yourself for going off the deep end so swiftly that you (momentarily) lost your control. And then promise yourself to repeat as needed.
When you are ready to learn how to hang ten like my boy Keanu, gimme a ring. I’m the coach with the coolest surfboard.
