A life coach is someone you choose to help you achieve balance in your day to day struggles with life. I personally focus on current strengths to help my clients develop a path of success utilizing a fine balance between mind-body and spirit. Once you learn the skills, the sky is the limit!
The connection between mind-body-spirit is the balance needed to achieve total health. I often compare it to a wheel. If any part of the wheel is flat, the forward motion becomes more difficult. So, during your coaching, you will receive attention to all three areas personalized for your life.
Professionally speaking, I am a registered nurse with experience in the emergency room, hospice, & case management that has worked in hospitals, nursing homes, private homes & also for a health insurance company. I’ve assisted people in their most vulnerable stages of life and have absolute gratitude for each lesson they have shared with me.
Personally speaking, I am married to an amazing guy named Jason. He has been my rock and my co-creator of the most fantastic life experiences. Together we have five of the best kids that have ever walked this earth. They completely didn’t even have to pay me to write that. They are that great. I enjoy being outdoor in nature, beaches with turquoise waters, and road trips…provided they aren’t longer than 5 hours, or else I’m springing for the plane ticket.
Selection of a life coach is an intimate decision. I work with all my clients in an open and taboo-free environment. It is not my place to judge but to build. My clients receive 100% of my attention when a session is in place. They have a plan to build success on when we are done. Each of my clients have complete control of the actions they take to succeed. I not only focus on the task at hand, but coach in a pro-active manner to help further their action plan.
Honesty. Compassion. I help you strengthen and clarify your desired path with steps for progress and support. I have learned that the best sessions are when my clients free themselves of judgement and are able to speak open about any and all concerns. My recommendation for this is much like you would put work-out clothes on and grab a water bottle before heading to the gym for a fitness trainer. Amazing discoveries can happen when you are in the zone.
